Attention Athletic Directors:

Beth Schulze, District IV Track and Field Chair has announced that the replacement medals from both the AAA and AA District Track meet have arrived.  The medals will be distributed at the annual meeting in Watsontown on August 12, 2010.  If you need the replacement medals prior to the meeting, please email Mrs. Schulze at bschulze@athensasd.org to make other arrangements.  Thank you.

 

End of Season Track Results

Implement Inspection

 

ALL implement inspection will be done during one time window ONLY. No implements will be inspected, or be permitted to be used, after the inspection period closes. If athletes are arriving later for afternoon events, their implements must be inspected during the open window. No exceptions will be made.

 

For class AAA, implement inspection will be from 2:30PM - 3:30PM in the room under the press box, behind the straightaway stands near the concession stand.

 

For class AA, implement inspection will be from 8:30AM - 10:00AM in one of the garage bays at the north end of the stadium.

 

Both locations will be clearly marked.

 

Pole vaulter weigh-ins

 

All pole vaulters will be weighed in prior to competition. Weigh-ins will take place at the same location as the implement inspection. Coaches should bring their pole vault certification forms with them to the weigh-in.
